Coming through Andrews, NC... you turn right onto Junaluska Road [state road 1505]. Proceed approx. six miles to Junaluska Gap. Turn right onto Little Choga Road. Proceed two and a half to three miles. The church and cemetery will be on your left. 
Coming from Franklin to Andrews... After you cross Wayah Mountain and come past Nantahala Lake you come to the left-hand turn onto state road 1400 taking you to Andrews, you travel appox. five to six miles and you will reach the Junaluska Gap. Turn left from this direction onto Little Choga Road. {See above}
